Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra - Starting in 1998, ORG hosted several concert events with the BPO in St. Mary RC Church, Medina. Under the baton of Maestro Paul Ferington, the BPO performed to a sold out house on every occasion. Article: BPO to Perform in Medina

Anonymous 4 - The chant and polyphony of the Middle Ages came to life in the soaring Neo-Gothic sanctuary of St. Mary RC Church with a sold out performance in 2013 by the world renown a cappella quartet.
Fredonia Trombone Choir - Hailing from the SUNY Fredonia School of Music and under the direction of the late Carl Mazzio, the Fredonia Trombone Choir performed two concert events at St. Mary RC Church, Medina in 2012 and 2014. Video: Fredonia Trombone Choir at St. Mary 2012
Bent's Opera House - Bent’s Opera House is one of the oldest surviving theaters in the entire nation, having been built of native Medina Sandstone at the height of the U.S. Civil War. From 1865 to the early 1920‘s it was the cultural center of the Medina area, but to more recent generations it was something of an enigma. In 2010, the historic structure was gifted to ORG from the Bank of America. ORG went to work unearthing a rich and historic history, and began raising awareness of the importance of preserving the structure. ORG consulted with engineers, effected critical structural stabilization at a cost of over $200,000., secured a Seven-to-Save designation from the Preservation League of NYS, and enumerated a vision for the restoration of the facility. In 2015, ORG sold the building to local developer/philanthropist Roger Hungerford who since has undertaken a multi-million dollar restoration of the historic site. Genesee Chorale - Under the direction of ORG member Maestro Ric Jones, the Genesee Chorale performed twice in St. Mary RC Church, Medina to a packed house.
St. Mary Pipe Organ Restoration - ORG supports an on-going restoration of the pipe organ at St. Mary RC Church. The restoration/rebuild is being undertaken by ORG member Aaron Grabowski of the Parsons Pipe Organ Co. Grabowski is also Principal Organist at the parish. The restoration will make use of elements of the original instrument along with new pipe and chest work. When complete, it will be a near 60 rank, three manual instrument. Róisín Dubh - The Black Rose- East Rochester HS Celtic Music Society performed in St. Mary RC Church, Medina (an Irish Heriatge parish) in 2014, thrilling the audience in this major concert event.
BPO Holiday Brass - Under the direction of BPO Pricipal Trumpet Alex Jokopii, the BPO Holiday Brass twice performed at the First Presbyterian Church, Medina to sold out audiences.
Blue Thursdays - Co-produced with The Print Shop, Medina, this summer blues series will feature six award-winning blues bands from WNY at the bandstand in State Street Park. 2022 event featuring The Dave Viterna Band, Frank Grizanti Band, Jeremy Keyes Band, Growlers Blues Band, Dave Constantino Band and Maria Aurigema.
Greycliffe String Quartet - Under the direction of ORG member Maestro Paul-Joseph Struckmann, the Greycliffe String Quartet has performed on several occasions in Medina, among them a Holiday Concert Event at First Presbyterian Church, an ORG Soirée celebration a Seven-to-Save designation for Bent's Opera House, and on stage at Bent's for a film production feauring the opera house.
Easy Street Big Band - the award winning big band twice performed in Medina- a holiday gig- "A Cool Yule" at the Methodist Church in 2012 and in 2016 at an ORG Dinner-Dance at the Pillars, Albion, NY.
Buffalo Tango Orkestra - Under the direction of Moshe Shulman, the ensemble twice performed for ORG concert events- at The Pillars in Albion in May 2015 as part of an Milonga event that included tango lessons and dinner, and at a 2014 concert event at the Medina Masonic Lodge Hall.
Canal Village Farmers' Market - Medina is located in the heart of some of WNY's best agricultural land. To celebrate our agricultural heritage and the area's number one industry, ORG created and operates the canal Village Farmer's Market. Featuring numerous products and vendors, the market is located in Downtown Medina at 127 West Center Street, and is open every Saturday, 9:00AM to 2:00PM. 2015-current.

A Festival of Nine Lessons & Carols - An annual Christmas event supported by ORG, featuring scripture readings and music at St. Mary RC Church. Music performances by members of the Genesee Choral, guest instrumentalists, and Principal Organist Aaron Grabowski. Interpretive Sign Heritage Trail - Medina's Downtown Historic District is listed on the NYS and National Registries of Historic Places and has a story to tell. To that end, ORG intiated a project to do just that via a series of eleven interpretive panels, stratigically located throughout the district. State Street Park Bandstand Initiative - Originally the site of the Silas M. Burroughs mansion and estate adjacent to the Erie Canal, State Street Park is a large village park on the east end of Medina's business district. The community had long desired a suitable outdoor venue for music events and to that end, ORG facilitated the construction of a 24' x 20' timber-frame bandstand/pavilion at a cost of $35,000. ORG secured the bulk of funding through a private benefactor along with some donated materials and work. 2017.

Frederick Douglass Historic Marker - Famed American statesman, abolitionist and orator Frederick Douglass visited Medina and the surrounding area on several occasions. Two occasions of note were memorialized via a NYS Historic Marker sited in Downtown Medina. The marker was secured by ORG through private donations. 2015. Erie Canal Aqueduct Historic Marker - Arguably the greatest engineering feat performed during the widening of the Erie Canal in 1914-1915 was solving the problem of how to carry the waterway over the Oak Orchard River/Medina Falls. The canal crosses the gorge behind a 45' high, 1/3 mile long dam and is the only true aqueduct on the canal today. This feat is memorialized via a NYS Historic Marker sited in Downtown Medina. Affiliated Community Projects - ORG lends support and expertise to many community initiatives by providing assistance with resource procurement and management. Some of those intiatives include the Pine Street Park Splash Pad Project Committee, Friends of Boxwood, Time for Medina Community Clock Project, Medina Skate Society-Luke Nelson Memorial Skate Park Project, WWI Memorial Cannon Restoration Project, Releaf Medina.
